74 plots, from 2,000 sq ft
Launched in February 2025, adjacent to our Resort Dapoli project which is now around 90 per cent sold. Plot sizes start at 2,000 sq ft and go to 3,000 sq ft and above, with wide internal roads and open spaces through the layout.
Bank loan is available for the plot and the bungalow together, so your holiday home and the land it sits on are financed as one.

Our earlier project sits immediately alongside: 38 plots, 400 trees, an onsite maintenance team, a central kitchen, mini golf, a life-size chess board, a Ganesh temple and a children's park, right on state highway SH96.
Owners there are from Mumbai, Pune, the USA, the UK, Japan, Dubai and Singapore. It is the best reason to make the drive down, because you can walk through a finished, working version of what 1000 Trees becomes.
